Welcome to WorthEAT, a platform designed to connect you with everyday meal delivery services and mess-like establishments. By accessing or using WorthEAT (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

About WorthEAT

WorthEAT is an online platform operated by WorthEAT that facilitates the discovery, ordering, and delivery of meals from participating mess-like establishments and meal providers (“Partners”). We do not prepare, cook, or deliver food ourselves; we merely provide a platform to connect you (“User”) with Partners.

You must be at least 18 years old to use WorthEAT.

User Responsibilities

Account Creation: To place orders, you may need to create an account with accurate and complete information (e.g., name, phone number, delivery address). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.Order Placement: Orders placed through WorthEAT are subject to acceptance by the Partner. WorthEAT is not responsible for Partners’ refusal to accept or fulfill an order.Accuracy: You must provide correct contact and delivery details. WorthEAT is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.Usage: You agree not to misuse the Platform, including reselling meals ordered via WorthEAT or using it for any unlawful purpose.

WorthEAT acts solely as an intermediary between you and the Partners.We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or timeliness of the meals or delivery services provided by Partners.All transactions (e.g., payments, cancellations, refunds) are governed by the policies of the respective Partners, unless otherwise stated.

WorthEAT may display advertisements from third-party platforms or businesses (“Advertisers”).

By interacting with these advertisements (e.g., clicking, submitting inquiries), you consent to WorthEAT sharing your contact details (e.g., name, phone number, email) with the respective Advertisers for marketing or follow-up purposes.WorthEAT is not responsible for the actions, offers, or privacy practices of Advertisers.

Payments for orders are processed through the Platform via third-party payment gateways.

You agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout, which includes the meal cost, delivery charges (if applicable), and taxes.WorthEAT does not store your payment information; this is handled by secure third-party providers.

WorthEAT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for a specific order, if applicable.

WorthEAT is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to issues with food quality, delivery delays, or interactions with Partners or Advertisers.

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
